I purchased a commercial property in the Historic Lisburn area at the start of 2023. Most of the walls were damp, the roof was a disaster and the facade was in need of complete renovation. Drytec ltd solved all of the problems using the latest liquid protection products. The façade looks as good as the photos I have dating back to the 1920's. Fantastic job all round.

My main vehicle workshop had a leaky roof and old power-floated floors. Drytec undertook corrosion prevention and liquid sealing works to the metal roof sheets which saved getting them replaced. This meant I could still remain open whilst the roof was refurbished. The floor was also in a bad way. Drytec machine skimmed the old concrete surface and applied a new resin floor system. Great job all round.
